Thanks to Craig and Martin for the reply.  I managed to configure the  
incoming mail server but not the outgoing mail server.  I'll use my  
ISP outgoing mail server for the account.

I tried looking in the online help section from the web login but the  
guide was very complicated for me and didn't provide me with the  
information I wanted.
