Hi Greg,
I have been using Moneyworks Express for about three years now and find it EXCELLENT. If you want any more advice on it, please don't hesitate to give me a call.

Hello WAMUGgers,

Can anyone please recommend a small business accounts application for my mac?

Details are roughly as follows;

Running OS 10.4.2 on a G4 400 Yikes PCI graphics, 1 Gig RAM. 30 Gig internal HD and 128 Gig firewire HD.

A small one person business with about 30 cash sales transactions per month. Similar number of purchases, mainly petty cash, but including some accounts.
Registered for GST and have a turnover around $50,000 per annum.
Two bank accounts.

Currently using Kalamazoo one write system (a manual system like dentists used to use). This has served me very well for 20 years. The simplicity of the system is very attractive. But it is difficult to correct mistaken entries.

No staff wages.
Sole trader status.
GST is the only complicating factor.

I have looked briefly at MYOB (seems too sophisticated), iBank (may be the answer) and a couple of others.
Have asked accountants, but they are PC users.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you in anticipation.
