Derek
I've had 2 Treos now for about 4 or 5 years, currently have the 600.
Good points - battery lasts me a week between recharges ( I don't make lots
of calls though)
It's a phone and a pda in one unit
Can sync calendar and contacts seamlessly between Entourage and Treo.
Mini keyboard is a lot easier for sms ing.
Other applications eg Splash ID for managing passwords, logins etc.
Speaker phone option for when driving.

Bad Points:
Not as tiny as some of the more sexy mobile phones.
I've had 2 warranty issues in 5 years ( buy extended warranty if you can)
Camera is not brilliant - actually it may be the screen resolution that is
the problem.
Sometimes it's a pain in the butt when it is ringing and I have to take it
out of my pocket, then pull it out of it;s leather sleeve case.

I still think it seems the best option to combine pda and phone in 1 unit
AND be able to sync perfectly with Entourage.
