Just to clarify -
1. I was using a G5 running OS 10.4.5 and Safari 2.0.3
2. The site I saw this morning (which wouldn't let me visit/load the
online banking component) was new. It comprised of some new graphics,
3 or so drop down menus with an icon/button next to each. The online
banking button had an orange box with a white circle inside it. The
button didn't execute.
When I visited the site this arvo, it had changed back to the old
site I know and use, complete with functional navigation to the
online banking component.
3. This morning, after having no luck with the -new but it seems
fleeting- BankWest site, I loaded VPC and visited the site with IE 6
for Windows. The 'new' site loaded and functioned perfectly.
... okay, I've just had a look at the new BankWest 'look' via the
link on their website. It appears to be what I saw this morning.
BankWest must have had it configured to load temporarily instead of
the usual site. I know I didn't type in a strange link, because I
accessed the site via a bookmark, not by manually typing in the address.
I guess Di from BankWest wasn't aware someone had made the switch
(hence the generic 'we don't support you' e-mail response). Hurm.
Shouldn't be my job to tell them *sigh*.
Apologies all for my confusion and slight frustration.

Hi, we are talking about the new improved website they've been
rabitting on about for months. You can have a go at the demo, it
doesn't work for me, or didn't when I tried it a couple of weeks
ago. cheers, Susan.
