Hi Thanks for all the great suggestions given to the list so far I hope more will come especially one to solve my problem.
I know we can use Spotlight to find photos, files, folders, documents etc. Is there an app or some easy way to find duplicates of photos, files, folders, documents etc? I¹d love an easy way to tidy up without having to spend a lot of time using spotlight After having my laptop zapped by lightening earlier this year I have had to use a wide variety of backups to restore my data. I know some will be saying have one central back-up on an external drive. I did but that took the brunt of the zap and was totally destroyed all 33GB of data:-( So this was one occasion where it was useful to have data on thumbdrives, CD¹s and on the server at work.
