A German contact of mine has suggested it's good to use in eBay bidding:
The “Sniper” offers for me in the last seconds. That costs 3 euro
for 4 weeks. (However only if the requirement were successful.) and
it is all the same for how many articles of the “Sniper” offers (it
cost total 3 Euro). That is a beautiful thing. Often I could not
offer a article because my Internet don't functioned.
