Hi Lloyd

If the router has to work with a .bin file (which it may do), then you could
try the following.
If you are using Safari, go to Preferences.
Under the "general" tab, untick "Open "safe" files after downloading".
This should then just download the .bin file without turning it into an
image file, which you can then point the Belkin router to, to work with.

That should then work.
