Our G3 iMac is losing the date when shut down (sometimes, not always)
and needs a visit to the Time and Date control panel to get it
sorted. I suspect the battery as it is 6 or 7 years old. I can not
find reference to this on Apple. Can any one advise on this,
especially if it is clip in or solder on board.
