Hi people,
Wondering if there is an easy fix for this one (short of sending it back)
Just acquired a MacMini (thanks Greg), new
Plugged it into a projector, all fine, went through the usual configuration, then I ran BootCamp Assistant to create a partition for WinDoze. Left it with the spinning barber pole of activity and had to do another errand. Slipped in the WinDoze install disc in preparation to install. On my return half an hour later, no picture. No problem says I, it is asleep. However no amount of prodding and poking keys made any difference. So did the 3 key restart. Apparently booted fine still no picture. Restarted with shift key down, nothing. Ejected WinDoze disc, restarted with Mac OS X install disc in place and held down C key. Apparently booted fine from the dvd. Still no picture. Restarted projector and comp after powering down both. nothing. Pulled out cable and tested with MacBook Pro - projector works fine. The computer appears to be running OK otherwise (it does the little splats when I increase or decrease volume)

I am out of options. What could this be, and is there an easy way to get it back on line? Or has the display board fried? Does it have to go back?
(Greg S any ideas?)
Thanks for any tips folks, I remain
yours
DD
