Hi Denise The easiest way would be to do any Photoshop work the images require first in Photoshop Then use the application "Core Image Fun House" Which is part of the Apple Developer Tools
Then open the image with the Core Image Fun House Application Then you will need to add the following effects to make the 'Photobooth - GLOW" effect (To add an effect click the + button) 1. Gloom 2. Color Controls 3.
