I want to put about 700 songs onto a 4gb nano. The ads say that it'll take up to 1000, but I've only been able to add 182.
I've been able to put more than 400 onto a 2gb shuffle, because the software gives the option of converting the songs to 128kbs. I can't find a similar option for the nano. It seems to transfer songs from iTunes at the quality that they are stored in Itunes. OS 10.5.3 iTunes 7 Nano 4GB Any suggestions gratefully received.
