X-Mailer: Apple Mail (2.930.3)

Hi, Matt Healey emailed recently to let me know that the Ozmac mail
service is finishing.

I want to delete my Ozmac mail box and account in my Mail App, as the
off-line symbol next to it is annoying.

Mail help says that "deleting a mailbox permanently deletes the
mailbox and its contents, and cannot be undone".

I have taken all of the messages out of the Ozmac mailbox and put them
in other "on My Mac" mailboxes, but I am concerned that deleting the
Ozmac mailbox may still delete the messages that originated from it.
Please tell me it isn't so and that I am being paranoid.

Thanks

Matt Falvey

Matt

So you want to be SURE :-

You should be able to find the relevant sent messages in

hard drive - users - Library - mail - pop address for ozmac - Sent
messages.mbox - messages

Create a new folder somewhere on your drive ,
highlight all the messages in the send messages box
do an Apple D to duplicate them

then drag all the duplicates to the folder you have just created .

So now you have a copy !
