It will depend on what you do with iWeb. There are many different
issues that can cause problems in the way web pages render in IE6. It
isn't just iWeb.

You can test web pages created by iWeb on IE7/6/8, Firefox and Safari
(and many other browsers/versions) using browsershots.org
