You dont need to tell me about that! The misconception that apple machines are so much more expensive is very hard to get over

At least $1000 to $1500 more? Fact?

A friend almost fell over recently when he discovered that not only
was the visible part of my 24" iMac the only part, but that it cost
only $2,500 - he had thought it would be 'really expensive'. He
promptly bought one for himself and now sings the praises of Mac.
