Unfortunately as Martin has mentioned, I think you'll find the units are
faulty.
So you'll need to take it back to place of purchase for it to get looked at,
or sent back for warranty, if it's under the warranty period.
That's what I did for Martin's one, was send it back and got it replaced
under warranty for him as he'd purchased it from me so I got it sorted for
him. :o)
Not sure what happens out of warranty with them, as I've not had to come
across that as yet.
