Yes I can use slot loaders as I load them up with educational software for younger kids. I have found that the older tray loaders don't always like home-burnt disks. The RAM in tray loaders is different to the slot loaders too.
They are all good for the various uses I put them to. regards Kev
I Kev , I cant help with your ram need , but can you use any iMac's . I am going to see 3 by give away's tomorrow morning looking for just 1. Would you like the others Bob I don't know what version at this stage !
