If you are like me and need to send your contact details quite often,
you might be interested in this little App "ShareCard".

How it works:
Sharecard works by emailing your vCard containing all your contact
information.
Using your vCard, your contact information can easily be imported
directly into their Address Book.
Settings:
Sharecard allow you to define your contact information from the
Address Book and select what you want to export into the vCard file.
You can get it at the AppStore for a limited time for FREE.
