Assuming you're using Word, put the numbers in a table, and choose Table-Sort. You can specify whether you want to sort the data as text or as numbers.

Excel will automatically determine what type of data you have and sort accordingly.

Hi
Can I sort a list on numbers without getting 1, 10, 11, ...2, 20, 21 for example? instead of 1, 2, 3, ......10, 11, 12, and so on?
Regards
Peter
