-- Can anyone help with the following problem, please?

-- I am running OS X 10.5.8 and have the disks to update to 10.6 Snow
Leopard. However, I am currently using EyeTV 2.5.3, and understand
that EyeTV 3.n is required for use with Snow Leopard, that 2.5.3 will
not work under SL.

-- I have bought and installed EyeTV 3.1 and updated it to 3.2. When I
run 3.2 under Leopard, the first 3 facilities, Recordings, Schedules,
and Channels, work OK, but the 4th, Program Guide, does not. It says
'The Program Guide has no data to display', and the routines to update
this data do not work for me. Opening 3.2, data for the first 3
facilities is picked up from that in 2.5.3, but not the guide info. In
Australia, the program data comes from a company called IceTV, to
which I have a paid subscription.

-- I have tried, without success, to get an answer to this problem
from EyeTV. At present I am getting by OK by continuing to use 2.5.3
to access Program data. But I dare not upgrade the operating system to
Snow Leopard in case this cuts me out from program data, and so stops
me scheduling recording or accessing program times.

-- So, either:
1. Can anyone suggest where this problem lies, and a possible solution?
or
2. Is anyone who has upgraded to Snow Leopard able to confirm that
EyeTV 2.5.3 will, or will not, run with SL?

Any suggestions appreciated. Cheers --
