Evening,
I wasn't aware this was part of the HDMI spec and I've never heard of
Apple TVs supporting anything of this nature either.
Cool idea though! Feedback if you discover anything!

Hi,
has anyone been able to configure their TV to power on and switch i
nputs of their Sony TV just by switching the TV on?
This remote on/off functionality is a part of the HDMI spec, but I
can't seem to get my TV to behave in this fashion.
Suggestions gratefully accepted
regards
Robin
