Hi, I use openproj - it is open source, runs mac native (can also run on windows and linux if you need to share) and imports / exports to ms project.
there is also omniproj which I've downloaded and had a play with - i've bought graffle and outliner from omni and the interface to omniproj is better than openproj, however i am not using it so much that i want to change...
