Hi Peter, I use iSkysoft Free Video Downloader. Just open iSkysoft before you access the YouTube video, move the window to one side (so you can monitor it) and it will automatically detect it and start downloading.
But because it comes down as an FLV file I then use FLV Crunch to covert it to an MOV file for use with Quicktime.
