I am in process of reassorting my hard disks and intend moving Time
Machine to a different drive. Clearly I can just start from scratch
with the new drive and no serious loss in discarding the saved
backups. However, is it possible to copy the whole existing TM drive
across to the new one and retain that information which just may come
in handy? Will TM recognise Backups.backupdp when it has been moved
to another drive?
