You might recall that I was having trouble accessing BlogNow and asked
for help in moving to a hosting service.
That help, one stop shop, came from HostingServicesWA, and is run by a

I used Crazy Domains last time which seems cheap and adequate. Would like to
try somewhere else out of interest if the prices are competitive.
