Hi, One of the users I support has a Macbook Pro that has a long standing issue with using wireless. Regardless of what base-station it¹s trying to connect to the signal strength indication can swing from full to no bars (and back to full bars and back down again) and constantly drops connection (and most recently constantly not connected). In the office location that this MacBook Pro lives a plastic bodied MacBook indicates reliable and consistent full signal strength. My guess is faulty wifi card or antenna and suggested he take it to a Apple service center.
Anybody like to offer any other suggestions and/or advice ________________ mark.sec...@uwa.edu.au Mark Secker (Ba. Bus.
