This is the old Apple Desktop Bus (ADB) connector which started being phased 
out with the arrival of the iMac in 1998. The last case design which supported 
was the G3 Tower, if I'm not mistaken. Unless there are any members still using 
computers of this vintage, this will be strictly a museum piece.
