You need to forward the entire message as a separate attachment—so it’ll look exactly like it did when you got it. So instead of choosing Message > Forward or clicking the Forward button, choose Message > Forward as Attachment. Mail converts the message to a .eml (email) file, which most email clients (Mac or PC) can read, and attaches it to your outgoing message.
