Hi Matt,

Are you running LittleSnitch by any chance?
If so make sure it is the latest version of LittleSnitch.

In earlier versions of Safari, the process named "WebKitPlugin' would handle 
plugins such as Flash.
However, in Safari 5.1, LittleSnitch sometimes shows the process loading Flash 
as 'PluginProcess' and sometimes shows it as ‘WebProcess’

LittleSnitch was version 2.3. After upgrading to 2.4, it changed to "Safari via 
WebProcess".

If you are not running LittleSnitch please post back.
