Hi Darrel,

with "get track names" you need to highlight the files first. Go to Music, just 
below Library, in the left hand  column. Sort all the files by name. Locate the 
untitled files probably called track 01 etc. Click on the first and holding 
down the shift key click on the last in the list and they should all be 
highlighted. Go to menu advanced/get track names. iTunes may not be able to 
find all of the tracks if it didn't import the music itself off a CD.
