Here is one to rack your brains in the silly season. I have a networked printer problem. I have a small Apple network using the latest version of Snow Leopard.
I have a Brother HL-5340D series in my office. This has duplex printing options. REcently this duplex printing option is not working. When selected the first piece of paper will print. The printer does through the process of duplex printing but does not print on the second side. A second piece of paper is loaded into the printer and the same thing happens. I have checked the Print & Fax preferences on my iMac and can't see anything. Did the same on the server. I deleted the existing print driver and reinstalled (Add) the driver again. I have not downloaded the driver from the Brother site. We have not had a system upgrade recently. Puzzling?
