So cunning you could stick a tail on it and call it a weasel? :o) Sounds like a good plan. I don't think we'll see the revised MacBookPro til either late April, or further to June. MacMini upgrade...hmm...hard to say. They tend to "sneak" those ones out sometimes. I'd say later in the year though. It's always one of those things. How long do you wait. And while you're waiting how much is the laptop "depreciating" by... and do you miss the chance of selling it. Sometimes you've just go to set a "line" and say, that's the last date. If nothing happens by then, I'll decide to buy. Otherwise you can wait and wait and wait and wait.......and wait. (Had a client waiting for a MacPro update. 3 months later, still nothing. Decided to buy. And it's been another 5 months he's had it and still nothing.). Seen the same happen with iMac's as well. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose unfortunately. That's the way of the computer...lol.
If you do decide to move on it anytime,.feel free to drop me an email. Happy to look after you :) I'm still umming and arrrring on MacMini. AppleTV does everything I want, so dunno if I need it. But got some ideas for it anyway,...lol.
