Hi Pete

As you've noted, yes, it's normally done at the ISP receiver end.
As long as you have all correct in your system, which from what you've said 
with your computer time, then that should all be correct.
I would think their (Internode) mail server may have adjusted your mail times 
in receiving. (Seen the same happen for a clients server as well, The ISP mail 
server kept losing time, so the mail was showing as different times almost 
every hour!) ;o)
Hopefully they'll note it and fix it for you :)

Another way to test it is to send yourself an email. In the subject line put 
something like Test email sent 1520. (or the approx time you send it). Then see 
what time it comes back in with. :o)
