I have an Epson R2880 printer, a great machine. There is one annoying glitch.
Depending on the type of paper you need Photoblack or Mattblack ink and these
are separate cartridges, no real problem. My difficulties arise in setting up
to print when despite having say Mattblack in the printer and showing as such
in Printer Utility the printer dialog insists it is Photoblack and thus the
matt papers do not show. I have tried various sequences to make it change,
usually requiring reboots and printer powering down and on again, selecting
Photoshop to manage colour or printer to do this and so on. I usually
eventually get there but can not find the key setting. I am sure other R2880
users will know what I am talking about - can you help?!
