Apple Mail OS X on your Macs supports POP & IMAP as does Mail on your iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) If your ISP supports IMAP - you can setup IMAP accounts in Apple Mail on your Macs, and IMAP accounts on your iPhone/iPad. (I have six (6) active Mail accounts on my Mac and my iPhone & iPad... Five are IMAP accounts and One is POP.) On your iPad - Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars - Add Account - Other If you are having a problem with iOS Mail not allowing you to select IMAP and you are certain that your ISP does support IMAP, post back and I will explain how to correct it.
