Hi Ronni,
        Many thanks for getting back on this one.  You are correct, I no longer 
have access to the old email address but will try to work through your 
suggestions.  Up to now I have had no success but will keep trying.  I am 
currently using iOS 7 and will not be in a hurry to upgrade to 8 at this time.
