Good morning all

I am wondering if someone might be able to help with some advice for a friend
of mine, discharged from hospital two days ago after a hip operation and who is
having problems with her iPad. She does not have WiFi but uses Telstra’s annual
cellular data package. She has an iCloud account.

Safari is working OK as is iMessage but there is a problem with Mail. Emails
are not being received nor can they be sent. When visiting this morning, I
tried sending one to myself as a test but nothing happened and the screen
appeared frozen. Even the “done” option did not work. She can send me an
iMessage and I can reply without any problem.

Given my friend’s current lack of mobility it is not going to be easy for her
to get to a Telstra or Apple Store in the immediate future, so any advice would
be very much appreciated.

Many thanks.
Regards
Laura
