Hi Ronni In 1958 I was lucky enough to be at the Capitol theatre in William St to experience a piano recital from the 15 year old Daniel Barenboim. It included a wonderful performance of Beethoven’s Appassionata Sonata.
I have many recordings of his performances, as soloist, in groups and as a conductor. He is still a major musical figure, having just turned 73.
