Hi muggers, I have been with Westnet for many years with an ADSL service and pretty bulletproof the whole time. Service has been good when it has been called upon so can't complain really. Recently NBN is installed in my street and is now available. I looked online and see there are 119 potential providers I could use!
Westnet/iiNet rate VERY poorly in online reviews of their NBN service but this maybe skewed by disgruntled people which I'm sure exist with all providers but I am seeking further feedback. Optus and Westnet both rate well and a bit dearer that Westnet. Anyone here got any first hand transition experience from ADSL to NBN and provider experience? I'd rather not change my email address if I can help it too.
