That's sounds the quickest & best way to go Kevin.
I've also got some 'stuff' for in a Box that might be useful for your charity 
projects.
I'll bring the box up on my next trip to Nikki's place for you & you can then 
arrange pickup from her.  I'll need to give you her new address as they have 
moved since the last time you picked up from her house ;-)
