Hi folks, Just got this reply from Canon. So I will be buying a new printer very soon. It has done well for my last 3 iMacs, so no complaints.

Due to a number of factors including design, requirements and age of the printer,there is no driver suitable for the and your operating system (Mac 10.13 High sierra).
