I like to arrange small groups of related icons along the sides and corners of the Desktop — I used to be able to put them there and they would stay there. But suddenly, they started lining themselves in wide ranks and I was not able to shift them so they would stay put.
Is there a remedy for this? I have tried all the options that were offered. Anything I move just zooms back to where it was.
