I would mention that since upgrading to Catalina and with itunes being removed, it is extremely difficult to use this with the ipod Classic. I have worked out a way to do it, but it is rather fiddly. I did manage to install itunes on Catalina, but unfortunately still have not worked out a way to make it work successfully with ipod Classic.
