Hi folks. For quite a while my wife and I have shared an Apple ID. This is so we can use the same Calendar and the same Contacts.
My wife has an iMac, an iPhone and an iPad. I have an iMac and an iPhone. But this has caused some annoyance with iMessage and FaceTime. Because various devices ring at the same time. Even some iMessage conversations have duplicated on devices with each entry. I would like to give my wife her own Apple ID. But still allow all our devices to share Calendar and Contacts. I have done a lot of reading about this and cannot get my head around how to go about it ? Or even if it is possible ? Any instructions on how to go about this would be most welcome please ?
