Hi, I don't believe there is any connection between having the same Apple ID and distribution of emails - unless using iCloud email addresses. First of all I am assuming both of you are using the native Apple Mail application for your emails in/out. What is below is predicated on this assumption. Check the Mail>Accounts panel on all devices and make sure that the devices have the accounts for only those required - ie make sure the Mail account on your wife's devices don't have a mail account with your credentials. Have you got any rules set in your Mail account to auto forward to your Wife's email address? Are you receiving emails intended for your wife? Please answer these and we can go the next step to resolving this Peter.

But mine was with Message. So finally I found this on my iPhone:-Settings/Message/Send & Receive = here you can select or deselect mobile number or email. Not sure if this will help your email issue. But if not, Mail may have something similar in Settings. As far as I know I have not organised this and cannot seem to find out how to stop this happening. Can someone give me some information to be able to stop this?
