Misalnya apa sih artinya total penduduk (bukan sekedar pengguna internet) Saudi (20jt?) dibanding dengan total pengguna internet di Cina (300jt?). Apa maksudnya filternya Saudi lebih canggih dan filter Cina bocor semua?
