I've also heard treason defined as giving aid and comfort to the enemy to the detriment of your own country. By all those definitions I would say Walker is NOT guilty of treason. And I think the only one who could accuse him of being a traitor would be the Taliban, since that's who he was doing the fighting for against the Northern Alliance. Is he guilty of stupidity, lack of judgement, lack of foresight, and a whole list of other charges ... but not treason or being a traitor.
