Here those that are receiving support are also supposed to participate in jobb searching activities and other activities of that sort. If they don't show up they get no money. So they show up and some are really finding work, if they are not too long gone in their sickness. Alcohol destroy the brain and for some it's too late. They are not able to take care of themselves. They sometimes get a small pension for medical reasons. But temporary help is to be payed back.
