Enron's collapse was the free market at work. They were not really
making money and the market exposed that. It was not the detective work
of some socialistic government bureaucracy that discovered Enron's
wrongdoing.

The Enron employees were very unwise to put their entire retirement
investment in one company's stock, even if it was the company they
worked for. The market punishes unwise investment. The Enron executives
will be subjected to prosecution for their violations of law and life
will go on.
