Many Americans doubt that the ICC will really follow the principles of
the rule of law. We believe there will be an anti-American bias that
will find excuses to go after Americans for political reasons, or just
because of prejudice. The ICC will never go after Comrade Fidel Castro
for his political prisons, torture chambers, murderous attempts to
subvert other governments and executions of dissidents. He's a Communist
and an enemy of the USA so he will get a pass.

For Europeans, I repeat: get ready to pay higher taxes for providing
your own miltary umbrella -- or learn to live without some of your
socialistic welfare schemes. You've lived off of the US taxpayer and
depended on US military personnel for a long time. You want our people
to risk being prosecuted for unintentional casualties or trumped up
lies? Why should we?

An example is in the news rigt now. Some Afghans are claiming that a US
AC-130 gunship killed 40 members of a wedding party. Invetigators on the
scene have asked to see the bodies or the burial ground. No one can
point to any. Or even to any blood inthe building where the deaths
supposedly occurred. This story, without any evidence, just the words of
people in a part of Afghanistan that was the stronghold of the Taliban
where the people remain sympathtic to the Talban. Sooner or later
there'll be an attempt to prosecute an American in an incident of this
kind.

I hope we declare war on any nation that has any part in circumventing
reasonable legal procedures and ignoring US sovereignty to kidnap an
American and subject him to this lawless kangaroo court.
