You may not need to check out your working copies again, after all. Try
svn switch --relocate --force
svn+ssh://usern...@svn.gna.org/svn/warzone/trunk
https://warzone2100.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/warzone2100/trunk
if this fails, try this first
find -name entries | xargs sed -i
's/4a71c877-e1ca-e34f-864e-861f7616d084\r/4a71c877-e1ca-e34f-864e-861f7616d084/'
then try the first command again.
